When creating a course, you simply select the target group and choose their skill level: beginner, intermediate, advanced, or expert. Based on this, the platform helps adjust the complexity of the content – from foundational concepts to in-depth topics, analytical tasks, or real-life scenarios. Yes. You can upload various files to the platform – documents, videos (up to 1000 MB), and images (up to 50 MB). While creating training content, each block can include unlimited text fields, files, videos, or images. All content can be easily rearranged using drag-and-drop. You can also store documents in Infodock – a space for internal notes, important files, or general company information.

Yes, you can set deadlines for employees to complete their training. As the due date approaches, the system automatically sends reminders via email and SMS to help ensure nothing gets missed.

The main dashboard gives you a clear view of how your team is doing. You can track: – Overall team progress and engagement – How many employees have started or completed courses – Which departments, groups, or individuals have signed documents, completed tasks, or are falling behind – Points earned by department, group, or employee All information is presented clearly so you can assess the situation and take action when needed.

Yes, the platform includes a detailed analytics dashboard where you can view a constantly updated leaderboard. It ranks employees based on their earned points and completed actions. The leaderboard is also visible to team members, encouraging engagement, healthy competition, and knowledge reinforcement.

Employees earn points for their activity:

  • 100 points for a correct answer, completing a task, signing a document, or reading an update
  • 200 points for two correct answers in a row
  • -25 points for an incorrect answer

The AI assistant is always available to help employees quickly find answers to their questions. It works 24/7 and relies solely on the internal information stored in your platform, ensuring that responses are accurate and relevant to your organization. By summarizing content intelligently, the assistant delivers clear, focused answers without the need to search through long documents.

Infodock is a digital space for storing documents and internal resources. It allows you to:

  • Assign documents to specific employee groups as tasks
  • Track who has viewed or signed each document
  • Use it as a centralized hub for reminders, policies, and files
  • Add videos, PDFs, or images to any document
  • Automatically remind employees about unread or overdue content
  • Monitor every action through detailed statistics

No, the CoFive signature is not certified and therefore cannot be used for signing employment contracts. However, if the employment contract includes a clause stating that the employee acknowledges the signature given on the platform as valid, it is fully sufficient for signing internal policies, procedures, or other internal documents.

Employees are organized into groups on the platform – it’s one of the first steps when getting started. You can create as many groups as needed. They help you assign training, documents, or updates to the right people. Once an employee is assigned to a group, they automatically receive all content assigned to that group.
